1. Can I change or cancel my order?

Note: We’re unable to change or cancel your order once it ships.

3. What can I do if there's a problem with my purchase?
If you encounter any damaged, defective, or missing parts, please contact us via our support email support@bluemouth.com.au with photos of the affected area and your order number. Our support specialists will do their best to assist you.
4. I didn't receive an Order Confirmation email. What should I do now?
Please verify your email notification settings to ensure that emails are not being marked as spam or blocked. Additionally, we also recommend checking your Deleted/Trash folder in case the Order Confirmation email may have accidentally been deleted.
If you still can't find your Confirmation Email, please reach out to us at support@bluemouth.com.au. We'll verify your account information to ensure everything is correct and confirm whether you've previously opted out of receiving Confirmation Emails.

7. What’s difference between the gaming chair and office chair?
A gaming chair is specifically designed for prolonged PC/console gaming sessions. It offers enhanced comfort compared to a standard office chair, featuring optional sizes, multi-functional armrests, adjustable lumbar support, and a higher backrest, all of these ensure all-round support. In addition, gaming chairs are typically styled with vibrant colors and adorned with logos from popular IP brands, giving them a sporty and stylish appearance.
In contrast, an office chair is primarily designed for routine office tasks, typically standardized in size, and with a formal or professional appearance. It often includes features like a flat cushion, adjustable arms, a mesh backrest, and fixed lumbar support. Office chair emphasizes ergonomic support and is suitable for prolonged sitting, it prioritizes productivity and practicality over comfort and aesthetics.

9. Where does AndaSeat ship?
Our website only supports shipping to Australia and New Zealand.
10. Will I receive a full refund?
AndaSeat aims to process refunds within 1 business day upon receiving your return request.
Refunds will be issued via the same payment method used for the purchase of the returned goods. Typically, refunds should be credited to your account within 2 days, depending on your bank's procedures.
11. How do I return my product if I have changed my mind?
AndaSeat allows for returns if you have changed your mind. Follow these steps to return your AndaSeat product.
1. Contact us via our support email: Provide your order number and product details to request the return address and initiate the return process via support@bluemouth.com.au.
2. Ensure Package Integrity: Ensure that the product is not unpacked and maintains its original packaging with all seals intact.
3. Meet Return Criteria: 1) The product is returned within 15 days of receipt; 2) The original packaging is intact; 3) The product is unopened with all seals still in place, unused, unassembled, unworn, and not damaged in anyway.
4. Shipping Back the Product: Once we confirm and approve the return, you will need to ship it back to the address provided by AndaSeat and provide us with a tracking number once the product is shipped back.
5. Refund Process: After inspecting the package, we will issue your refund.
12. What is the returns period?
You have 15 calendar days to return the product from the date you received it.
Before sending a return, please notify us via email support@bluemouth.com.au within 7 days of the day you receive your product, based on tracking.
If you purchased your items through a licensed third-party vendor, kindly contact their representative directly, as they may have their specific policies and procedures.
13. How long is the warranty period?
AndaSeat offers a 3-year limited warranty for all chairs and desks. Our warranty starts from the date you receive your product. Your date of receipt will be the date shown on our delivery records for your order.
14. I need to update my shipping address, what should I do?
If you placed an order with an incorrect shipping address, first check your order status.
1. If your order has not shipped yet:
If your item is marked “Not Shipped”, please feel free to contact our email at support@bluemouth.com.au to update your address.
2. If your order has already shipped:
If your item is marked as "Shipped", we are unable to change the address. However, we can assist you in contacting the carrier directly to inquire about the possibility of intercepting or redirecting the package. Any costs incurred in amending the address and other information after shipment will be borne by the customer.
15. I think my order has been lost in transit, what should I do?
If you believe your order is lost in transit and have not received a tracking update in 7 business days, please contact us via the email support@bluemought.com.au. We're here to assist you promptly.
